I have a mac hard push back I need to recover data from. I set it in an external resolution but it doesn't depict up in my computer as a storage twist. Am I lacking something?

Boot up a linux disk, or instal the mac drivers for windows.

A PC will not see data from a MAC. You need a MAC, only if way your going to get the data is with a recovery tool that supports Macintosh's file system Oregon to put it in a MAC and move the files to a PC with a flash drive formatted to FAT32

Look up HFS Explorer, I had achiever using this on an HFS formatted USB labour.

what if i quid IT into my ubuntu server and then copy information technology over to a shared location with windows?

HFS explorer would probably bring but it doesn't detect the device to start soured with and i have no known path for it.

Really i have used my windows 7 machine to pull information off a mackintosh laptop disk drive
Please remember, the data you pull will non completely be functional on your windows machine but the information is salvageable. All i was doing was backing ascending the drive thusly i could restore the information to the drive once i reinstalled the OS.
